Soul Art uses customer information to answer questions, process orders, arrange studio visits, improve the shop, and measure marketing performance.
Information you provide
This can include your name, contact details, order details, WhatsApp messages, delivery information, and any photos or notes you share for restoration or custom work.
Checkout and payments
Shop purchases may be handled through Wix and connected payment providers. Workshop payments are processed on Qashier’s hosted checkout. Soul Art does not receive or store full card details.
Workshop bookings and messages
For workshop bookings, Soul Art uses your name, email address, mobile number, selected workshop, date, time, and participant count to reserve places, prepare the session, send transactional confirmations and reminders, and contact you about the booking. Transactional email may be delivered by an email service provider. These contact details are not added to marketing lists unless you separately opt in.
Analytics and ads
The shop may use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and similar tools to understand visits, product interest, checkout activity, WhatsApp clicks, directions clicks, and ad performance.
Your choices
You can contact Soul Art to ask about your information or request changes. Browser settings and consent tools may also limit cookies and analytics.
