Many Soul Art pieces are original, handmade, restored, vintage, or one-of-a-kind. If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as discussed, contact Soul Art as soon as possible with photos and the order details.
Original and one-of-a-kind works
Returns are handled case by case because many items cannot be replaced. The listing images, condition notes, dimensions, and direct conversation help set expectations before purchase.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Send photos of the packaging and item on WhatsApp. Soul Art will review the issue and discuss the practical next step, which may include repair, replacement where possible, or another resolution.
Custom and restoration work
Custom artwork, restoration, and personal commissions are discussed and agreed before work begins. Changes, cancellations, and refunds for these services are handled case by case.
